To establish care, this visit provides a comprehensive, individualized medical evaluation. We consider your symptoms and health history alongside your thyroid, metabolic, cardiovascular, hormone, and digestive health. Nutrition and possible environmental or infectious exposures are considered where relevant. Standard laboratory testing through Labcorp and selected specialty testing can be evaluated together to help guide a personalized care plan.
This visit is designed to establish your goals, discuss relevant lab testing and make a plan for your ongoing health. This visit may include lifestyle & dietary recommendations, appropriate supplementation and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) if indicated.. Lab testing and speciality testing done when necessary and billed separately.
